HOW TO MAKE PINA COLADA

Click here for the 'Seeds of Eaden' seed shop

My other half has recently got into cocktails in a big way, although he insists on me making them!  Pina colada is my favourite drink, and I could drink it all night.  I stick the ingredients in the smoothie maker which gives it a really smooth taste but use ice cubes if you don't have one to hand.  Enjoy!

Ingredients
Makes 1 pina colada

2 oz / 60 ml white rum
1 oz / 30 ml coconut milk
3 oz / 90 ml pineapple juice
3 ice cubes ice

Method
Place the ice in a blender.  Add the coconut cream, white rum and pineapple juice and blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Pour into a glass and serve with umbrellas, sparkles and stirrers.

  1. 3 Studies SHOW Why Coconut Oil Kills Belly Fat.

The meaning of this is that you literally burn fat by consuming coconut fats (including coconut milk, coconut cream and coconut oil).

These 3 studies from large medical journals are sure to turn the traditional nutrition world upside down!
