SPICED BRUSSELS SPROUTS

These sprouts are spicy with a nutty flavour. 
Serves 8.


Ingredients
500 g Brussels sprouts
2 onions.
25 g Butter
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
1 tablespoon Coriander seeds

Method
Wash and slice the sprouts. 

Peel and chop the onions. Fry in oil for 10 minutes until softened.  Add the spices and cook for a further minute.

Add the sprouts and cook for 5 minutes.  Add the butter and cook for a further 5 minutes.
